Not a lot of details yet, but since the reporting has been so slow, I figured we could start to celebrate now and look for updates as they come in!

abcnews.go.com/…

Hillary Clinton has won Saturday's Democratic caucuses in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the islands' Democratic Party announced.

Seven pledged delegates were at stake in the caucuses.

No margins yet. We do know that Sanders won tiny St. John’s island by a significant margin (58-34) but I have not yet found numbers for the more populous areas.

This guarantees Hillary at least a 4-3 delegate split, possibly more depending on the final margin.

@benchmarkpol: Wow - Sanders may have trouble with viability in the VI... From the VI dem Party:

@benchmarkpol: St Thomas and St Croix have similar demographics - would not be shocked to find that Sanders is, indeed, unviable.

According to the smartest people I can find, there is not a territory-wide viability trigger, only in the two “districts.” Bernie barely made viability in the St John/St Thomas district, and so will get a single delegate. The split will be 6-1.
