One of the worst Supreme Court decisions in our nation’s history was handed down in 2010. Citizens United vs FEC gave the corporate majority on the Supreme Court just the excuse they needed to allow unlimited, unregulated corporate money to flow into our election system.
Since that day, progressives have been fighting back against this decision. We need a Supreme Court that will overturn it or a Constitutional Amendment that will nullify it.
Today, End Citizens United PAC has endorsed Hillary Clinton for President. Clinton’s statement contains some great information-

But this goes beyond policy and politics. For Clinton, this is also somewhat personal. In all of the spinning and sniping some people forget why there is likely no one who would like to overturn CU more than Hillary Clinton. Because Citizens United is all about Hillary Clinton.
Long before Z-List actor Scott Baio was mainstreaming vile misogynist slurs against Hillary Clinton this group (full name Citizens United Never Timid, get it?) was trying to destroy her. The entire case before the Supreme Court arose from a right-wing video attacking Clinton in 2008.
For Hillary, when we finally overturn this disastrous decision it will be a personal victory as well as a political one.
